SUPPORT COORDINATION
Support coordination may involve connecting you to service providers and support, and assisting you to make the most of your NDIS plan budget.
Here2Home also provide a higher level of support coordination for people with circumstances that are more complex. This is delivered by a Specialist Support Coordinator with a high level of experience who can support you to address barriers and resolve points of crisis.
PSYCHOSOCIAL RECOVERY COACHING
Here2Home have experienced psychosocial recovery coaching to support you in your journey to mental health recovery. They all have qualifications and/or lived experience. PRC's understand the episodic nature of mental illness, specialised services that may be appropriate for you to access, and the complexities and barriers you may be facing and how to navigate them.
SOCIAL WORK
Many of our specialist support coordinators are also qualified social workers. Social workers are able to support you with things that sit outside the scope of a support coordinator. This may include things such as advocacy, assessments, community resources, therapeutic support and counselling.

Here2Grow is brought to you by Here2Home and is our professional development section offered to all support coordinators and psychosocial recovery coaches.
Here2Grow provide's fortnightly group supervision sessions online and face-to-face.
