Great question! Here2Home values its team members greatly, so it our priority to support them as much as possible. We know that retaining the same worker is also often important to participants, and can be very disruptive having to change. This is why we ensure they love their job as much as possible and strive to maintain the fun culture we are known for!
Here2Home team members manage their own case loads. This means they will never take on more clients than they are capable of servicing, so the quality of your service is never compromised.

Here2Home also provide extensive ongoing training, and 1:1 supervision, to ensure team members are knowledgeable on NDIS and any new processes or policies. Every team comprises of a Team Manager that leads and supports each team member every day.

DO YOU HAVE CAPACITY FOR NEW REFERRALS?
Here2Home are transparent, and will never accept a referral without letting you know whether it can be allocated immediately or not. If we cannot allocate immediately (which most of the time we can), we will offer you an interim worker (typically a manager who has done support coordination before) until you can be allocated, or we can suggest other awesome agencies we know of. Either way, we will always be honest and let you know so you can make the decision about what is best for you.
