The recent proposed and real changes within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) have stirred up a lot of feelings for many people. Focus on what you can control and be open to asking questions or seeking clarity when needed. Whether it's connecting with others going through similar experiences or discussing your concerns with trusted professionals, there’s always strength in reaching out.

For me it's just listening and feeling understood. My friends are very good at that. I feel like if I'm happy, they share that. If I'm sad, I feel they are sad with me too.
